KARATE CLUB MEMBERS GET BELTED

Fifteen students from RMA Karate in Barrie received their new ranks this past weekend (April 11^th).  The
martial artists received their new belts after undergoing a lengthy testing last month. 

During the special ceremony the students  ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old, demonstrated their skill, took
part in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and were presented with their new belt levels.   

Moving up in ranks were Kathryn B and Alex B to white belt with yellow stripe and to half white & half yellow
belt were Jenna B, Carson M, Justin M and Landon S-P.  To yellow belt were Carter S, Alex R, Ryan B &
Emily M, to orange belt were Nathan L & Logan B, to green belt were Felisha C & Alysha S-P and to blue belt
was Jacob G.
