MARTIAL ARTISTS GET READY TO COMPETE

RMA Karate Centres will be starting its competitive season next month and continues to prepare
for the 2012 year with the announcement of their competitive team, the Northern Dragons.

The 2012 team consists of students as young as 7 years old ranging in belt rank from yellow to
advanced brown. RMA instructors Craig Ridout, Tressa Young and Linda Young will be coaching
the 2012 team working with them to increase their confidence, positive self-esteem, forms and more.

The 2012 competitions will take the team across Ontario, into Quebec and into the United States.

The team consists of 2011 world champion gold medalist Samantha M, Alysha S-P, Keegan S-P,
Katie B, Liam N, Sale B, Isabelle R, Alex M and Paul M.
