I can not think of any activity, sport or event in which the participant gains as many benefits as training
in the martial arts. Over time a student of karate will gain muscle, increase flexibility, improve  coordination
and improve cardiovascular stamina.

Students will also develop self-confidence, self-respect, self-control, respect for others, ability to deal with
peer pressure and it's by far the best way to relieve stress. Look at all these benefits and I didn't even mention
the ability to defend yourself.
