Martial
Arts Programs:
LITTLE
DRAGONS (3-5yrs)
Our program is a real hit because it is
designed specifically for preschoolers in
a small class setting. Our Little Dragon
program helps
youngsters learn
self-discipline, patience, listening
skills, and respect. The Little
Dragon program focuses on the development
of
productive listening
skills, motor coordination, and a first
sense of self-confidence. Self-defense
skills such as: "Stranger
Danger" alerts
and calling 911 in case of
an emergency is also taught. The Little
Dragon program takes place in a
structured class environment.
Students perform drills
and fun activities and learn material
that is required for belt advancement.
JUNIORS
(6-12yrs)
Our Junior Karate Program
is designed to help build important life
skills. The skills taught include
discipline, coordination, self-control,
self-esteem and
self-defense. More than any other sport,
karate lessons give children the chance
to explore their innate powers. Marvel
as they increase in
strength, flexibility, endurance,
balance, and harmony. This is only the
start. Physical skills act as a
foundation for
something much more
important: the development of value
skills, both mental and spiritual.
YOUTH/ADULT
(13yrs & up)
Our Youth/Adult Karate
Program provides students with a
progressive, positive and encouraging
environment to improve their mental,
physical and emotional
conditioning. Whether your main
objective is self-defense, physical
fitness, or to reduce stress, our classes
are
designed to help you
achieve your goals. Students learn
karate forms, sparring, weapons and
self-defense. Our step-by-step approach
to
learning allows students
to enjoy constant progress, growth and
change. Your current fitness level will
be taken into consideration during
training as we help you to
push yourself at an acceptable but
challenging pace to reach your goals.

SELF-DEFENSE
RMA's BE
AWARE self-defense safety
workshop for elementary school children
is tailor made for kids with the message
coming from Junior
black belt Sensei Tressa.
With the assistance of one of her
instructors, Sensei Tressa talks to the
kids about danger areas and safe areas to
be in.
She stresses how to be
aware of your surroundings and how to get
someones attention if they are in
danger. Listening to their gut feeling
and
talking to a trusted adult
is just one of the things Tressa
emphasizes in this program. This
workshop captivates the attention of the
elementary
school children.

child!
