LITTLE DRAGONS (3 to 5 years)
Our program is a real hit because it is designed specifically for preschoolers in a small class setting. Our Little Dragon program helps youngsters learn self-discipline, patience, listening skills, and respect. The Little Dragon program focuses on the development of productive listening skills, motor coordination, and a first sense of self-confidence. Self-defense skills such as: "Danger" helps the Little Dragon learn safety in a structured class environment.
JUNIORS (6 to 12 years)
Our Junior Karate Program is designed to help build important life skills. The skills taught include discipline, coordination, self-control, self-esteem and self-defense. More than any other sport, karate lessons give children the chance to explore their innate powers. Marvel as they increase in strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and harmony. YOUTH / ADULT (13 years & Over)
Our Youth/Adult Karate Program provides students with a progressive, positive and encouraging environment to improve their mental, physical and emotional conditioning. Whether your main objective is self-defense, physical fitness, or to reduce stress, our classes are designed to help you achieve your goals. Students learn karate forms, sparring, weapons and self-defense. Our step-by-step approach to learning allows students to enjoy constant progress, growth and change. Your current fitness level will be taken into consideration during training as we help you to push yourself at an acceptable but challenging pace to reach your goals. EXTREME MARTIAL ARTS SKILLS (6yrs & Over)
This amazing program is INCLUDED in the Junior and Youth/Adult Karate membership!! Our Extreme Martial Arts Skills program is a fusion of martial arts, gymnastics and acrobatics designed to teach students how to pull off incredible martial arts demonstrations and stunt perofrmances while also bringing their skills to the next level.
We are proud to offer this incredible program that takes all things to the extreme! Students involved in our Extreme Martial Arts Skills program will spend class jumping, spinning and learning all the cool tricks that they see on TV and in the movies. Every Extreme Martial Arts Skills class is set to fast paced music to keep the energy up and the students moving. All of this along with specialty weapons training and gymnastics moves makes this one of the coolest classes on the schedule. (Private sessions available upon request)
The results of this program include helping you reach your goal of personal fitness, improved self-confidence and a greater sense of safety. Jabs, crosses, hooks, palm-heel strikes, finger jabs and other hand strikes are taught along with kicks, ground work and bag work while all along improving your cardio and fitness level.
There is a lot more to RMA kickboxing than kicking and punching a punching bag. There is no way to turn boxing bags into a total gym and any good trainer will have you running, weight training and doing exercise to improve your flexibility. You need speed, balance, flexibility and strength to properly perform the moves demanded of a kickboxer and this is the true strength of this martial art. (Private sessions available upon request)
